The newly released body and dashboard camera videos, part of a legal settlement, showcase law enforcement's hesitations and the chaotic scene as they responded 77 minutes after the gunman started shooting, resulting in 21 deaths. This disclosure adds more layers to understanding the tragedy, emphasizing ongoing calls for accountability and transparency within law enforcement agencies involved.
